FACULTY

I earned my Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts degree in Education: School Counseling from Ottawa University.  I have had amazing experiences working in all school settings and throughout all grades for the past 12 years.  Creating and implementing a comprehensive school counseling program in elementary, junior high, and high school has given me a well rounded perspective of the entire educational process.  In addition, I have taught character education classes to all ages and love being a part of empowering the next generation.  I am beyond excited to be a part of the Paul Revere Academy partnered with East Valley Institute of Technology (EVIT) to bring a revolutionary and phenomenal experience to all our scholars.

I am an Arizona Native and love the desert mountain sunsets and sunrises. I enjoy traveling to learn the culture, cuisine and chase a beautiful sunset. While I have visited Mexico, Albania, El Salvador and multiple US landmarks thus far, I am looking forward to my next adventure. I am a huge sports fan, both watching and playing, I love outdoor activities, reading, crafting & the ocean. After 20 years in healthcare specializing in cardiology, mental health and oncology, I feel honored to be joining Paul Revere Academy as the Registrar.

After a career in the US Army, I earned my bachelor’s in English at the University of Arizona and a master’s in English at Western Washington University. I taught in two charter schools and then received a second master’s in Special Education from Grand Canyon University. I have been teaching English for 20 years, middle school through community college. When I’m not grading essays, I enjoy hiking, backpacking, fishing, and camping. I look forward to exploring the study of the English language together!

I was born and raised in Exeter, New Hampshire. I moved to Arizona 2012 where I attended Maricopa Community College and received my certification in the Certified Nursing Assistant program.  I have worked for many years in the healthcare industry in a hospital environment where I refined my social etiquette and developed patience and understanding. I am currently working on earning my associates degree in education.  Mr. Driscoll has many years of experience in environments assisting those who require care and assistance on an individual level and will be upholding the rigorous demands of Paul Revere Academy while ensuring the success  of our wonderful scholars.

I grew up in St. Louis, MO and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance at Bradley University in Peoria, IL. My teaching career started with earning a Master’s Degree in Teaching Secondary Education from National-Louis University in Chicago, IL. I have taught high school mathematics in Stanhope, NJ and then in Canton, GA before moving to North Carolina where I taught for 6+ years at Wake Technical Community College. Since moving to Arizona in 2017, I have taught mathematics at South Mountain Community College and at Arizona College of Nursing. I am excited to bring an extensive teaching experience and a passion for teaching mathematics to the scholars at Paul Revere Tech. My husband and I have four wonderful children. When not in the classroom, you can find us outdoors: backpacking, hiking, or playing tennis.

We enjoy time outdoors up north for the weekends. I earned my Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology, minor in Spanish Language, and my Master’s of Education in School Counseling all from Northern Arizona University. I have been in school counseling for over 13 years spanning from Pre K, elementary, middle and high school. I was born in Mesa, Arizona, but I graduated from high school in Milford, Connecticut.  I was on the wrestling team at Brigham Young University and graduated with bachelor’s degrees in Math Education and German Teaching.  After teaching high school math for a while, I went back to school and got a bachelor’s degree in Human Biology as well as a master’s degree in Sports Science and Rehabilitation and a Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Logan University in Missouri.  After practicing chiropractic for several years, I returned to my primary passion of teaching. My wife and I have been blessed with 9 incredible children, and we are expecting our first grandchild this fall.  I enjoy spending time with my family, and we are active in scouting.  We spend our summers at Camp Geronimo enjoying nature.

I was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. I served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Costa Rica. I was walk-on football player at Southern Utah University where I also received a bachelors in communication. I began teaching special education in 2017. I have worked with behavior, life skills, and other resource classes. I have also coached football and men’s volleyball at various schools. I was an assistant coach on the 2018 Nevada state championship men’s volleyball team, The Centennial Bulldogs. I later became the head coach of that volleyball program and helped guide our team to an undefeated season and was the state runner-up. In 2018, I married my sweet wife, Alexi. In 2019, we got an amazing mini golden doodle, Harry. In the summer of 2021, we moved to Arizona and shortly after that introduced our first child to the world, Lucy. We are expecting a boy in January. I love spending time with my family, cooking, watching and playing sports, and doing anything active. I am very excited to be working with the amazing scholars at the Paul Revere Academy.

After leading and teaching in Heritage Academy’s Science Department for many, many years, I retired in 2014.  I missed my association with great students and teachers; therefore, I am back to support the scholarship of all types of learners, in all their classes, at Paul Revere Academy. My Associate Degree is from Mesa Community College, Bachelor’s from Ottawa University, and Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Western Governors’ University. I believe in being a life-long learner and will always encourage scholars to explore their amazing avenues to gain more knowledge. I adore my four children and eight amazingly brilliant and beautiful grandchildren (who also love science). I am passionate about exploring new ideas and places while creating art, crafts, and quilts that I often give away.

I’m a multi-generational AZ native, 3rd generation Mesa High graduate and Heritage Academy mom. My husband and I have been married for 22 years & have 4 delightful sons and a beautiful daughter-in-law. I have 3 sons still living at home and they definitely keep things lively! I love traveling, spending time with my family (immediate & extended), movies, classic literature, true crime podcasts & being an amazing aunt. While I have spent many years in customer service and the dental field, I’m excited to be involved in a new adventure in education. I bring experience as a mom with children on the autism spectrum and a desire to help each scholar discover their strengths.
