The Paul Revere Difference:

Serving grades 9 – 12

When it comes to youth going to a big high school a lot of concerns can arise. Will they have friends? Will they make good choices? Will they have opportunities? Will they be bullied? Will others care?  A child who, given the right support, is on the verge of discovering their future potential. Everyone deserves to feel valued and to excel academically and socially. Positive growth and challenges help to build character and propel future success.  Simply, we want the next generation to be happy.

Unfortunately, most high schools promise school spirit and pep rallies, but when the Friday night lights dim, kids face the reality that they are just another student in a sea of students who worry more about getting through a day without bullies, drugs, bad language, disrespect and peer pressure than grades. It’s understandable that learning takes a back seat when teachers and principals have to spend more time with discipline issues rather than with helping families. Despite all of these problems, you may be more disposed to suffer this reality believing there isn’t’ another way.

However, there is a better way. Paul Revere Academy, a tuition-free school that is part of the Heritage family. Heritage Academy, is one of the first charter schools in Arizona and provides a safe environment across five campuses in Mesa, Queen Creek K-8 & 9-12, Maricopa, and Laveen. Paul Revere is a school where students will receive individual and well-rounded instruction to flourish academically and emotionally. That’s because Paul Revere Academy first instills into the minds and hearts of today’s youth the enduring values and principles taught by America’s Founding Fathers and Mothers like liberty and freedom that foster respect, hard work, honesty, personal responsibility, friendship, hope and courage. This foundation coupled with the more intimate setting of a smaller campus and class sizes create a special place where students will be workforce ready upon graduation, teachers who can and want to give them personal attention and a principal and staff that listens to every need.

Paul Revere’s unique set-up provides scholars with so much opportunity.  Partnered with East Valley Institute of Technology (EVIT), this joint venture brings a full service high school experience to one central location. Students will be taking core classes: History, Science, ELA, and Math with Paul Revere and Career Technical Education (CTE or elective classes) with EVIT. By the time a scholar graduates they will be ready to enter employment,  as well as, have options for dual enrollment and sports opportunities. Nowhere else will scholars have so much opportunity to participate, be engaged, and develop into independent and successful citizens.

At Paul Revere, you are more than a student. You become a scholar, a leader, a hero who is ready to stand tall and step into a brighter future that you’ve chosen with the help of our entire educational family who not only sees your potential but has the desire to help you reach it.

Our History

Founded in 1995, Heritage Academy was the 4th Charter granted in the state of Arizona. Since then, we have grown to be an established, successful and safe school where academics & character development are the highest priority. We’ve been serving scholars in 7th – 12th grades for 27 years in Mesa, plus 6th grade for a few years at Maricopa, Laveen and Gateway JH/HS and have recently added grades K-5 to create the Heritage Academy Elementary at Gateway campus. We love what we do!

Our Mission Statement
